SNEVic is a non-profit, apolitical organization created by Nepali engineers in Victoria to promote unity, growth, and professional advancement for its members. Our core objectives guide us in empowering and supporting engineers of Nepali origin, while fostering collaborations and contributing to the broader engineering community.
Founded to unite and support Nepali engineers in Victoria, SNEVic is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a strong, connected community. Our mission is to create a platform where both new and experienced engineers can share insights, expand their networks, and advance their careers. More than a professional association, SNEVic embodies the spirit of collaboration and cultural pride, bridging the gap between Nepal and Australia through community-driven initiatives and engineering excellence.
To support Nepali engineers in Victoria by providing resources, networking opportunities, and a platform for professional growth, all while promoting engineering advancements that benefit both Victoria and Nepal.

SNEVic is governed by an executive committee elected every two years. This committee is responsible for driving the association’s mission forward and ensuring transparency and accountability in all decisions. The Executive committee is comprised of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and five executive members. This structure emphasises accountability and shared leadership in managing SNEVic’s operations, aligning with its commitment to transparent, member-driven governance.
